Kelly’s Comments: I’ve taken my daughter to summer art camp two years in a row. Each year, the camp is based on a theme, and the pieces the children create reflect the central idea. Classes are well-staffed (I believe last year, there were 2 teachers and about 12-14 students, but don’t quote me on that one.) Elementary camps last from 9:00-12:30, and each day the children also have recess and snack time. I’ve also used The Art Place for its “My First Theatre Camp” experience and was pleased with it. I’m a big supporter of the Parks & Recreation Department! Cobb has a lot to offer its residents!
